President
Our President project was a complete knock down of an existing cape style home. The new house was rebuilt from the ground up. This house showcases a state of the art mechanical system and is loaded with custom features. All cabinetry and millwork are in house. Like all of our projects, no detail was overlooked.
Chestnuthill
This Chestnuthill Ranch got a full interior and exterior renovation. Taking down a wall between the dining room and kitchen created great flow and open concept. This kitchen boasts our in house cabinetry capabilities. We also completely renovated three bathrooms, added new lighting throughout, new floors and a killer paint job. A new paint job on the exterior paired with custom cedar shutters and window boxes gave this ranch some much needed curb appeal.
Coastal
This 1840s coastal colonial got the royal treatment. We did a full remodel of the first floor. This included vaulting and rebuilding the frame of this 180 year old home. We created a new entrance for better flow and a more practicable entry. New hardwood floors where added throughout and the kitchen got our custom hand built cabinets along with a new bathroom and custom woodwork.
